Job Description

We are looking for a target driven, passionate Pastel Partner & Payroll Pre-Sales Consultant to perform a variety of sales and support consultant tasks. Duties include upselling to existing clients, managing accounts, assisting with low level telephonic support, generating leads & closing deals.

 

Outline of Responsibilities

  • Generating Sales Leads.
  • Upselling to existing clients.
  • Account Management on selected clients, both telephonic and on site.
  • Software Demonstrations both remotely and on site.
  • Meet personal/customer sales team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions on internal CRM System.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Preparation of Presentations & Quote Proposals.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Drafting of various software & consulting quotations.
  • Logging of all customer interaction on internal CRM system.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Pipeline Management.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

 

Requirements

  • Pastel Partner & Payroll Sales Experience is mandatory.
  • 3 – 5 Years Sales/Pastel Support Experience.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Expert Product Knowledge on Pastel Partner & Payroll.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School Certificate; additional qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Own Vehicle & Valid Driver’s licence.
  • Willing to travel
  • Palladium Experience would be beneficial
